We had an old device that worked for 3G and 4G but it stopped completely, and it was awful trying to work with almost no signal. On a good day we might get 1 or 2 bars in one tiny spot in the office. ‎ ‎While we were looking for options we came across Signal Hero. They had a solution that supports multiple networks and some 5G signals, so we decided to give it a try. ‎ ‎The whole process with Signal Hero was smooth. They guided me through everything, checked our signal properly, and even made a custom installation plan for our place. I was a bit concerned about compliance, but they provided the relevant documentation and we were comfortable proceeding. ‎ ‎We ordered the all networks 4 band kit. Now the office has a solid 4 to 5 bars throughout most areas. It is brilliant. Very happy with both the service and the product.

I’d been struggling with phone calls for about six months. No idea what changed, but the signal at my place suddenly went from “not great” to absolutely terrible. After a bit of Googling I ended up on the Signal Hero website. The team asked me to check my outdoor signal and see which mast I was picking up from. What really surprised me is I’d never had 5G here before, but once the booster was switched on I started getting 5G straight away. Honestly felt like magic, I didn’t even realise these boosters were a thing. We’ve just finished the installation in our caravan as well. I was really struggling to get any signal in the basement service from all mobile providers here is just rubbish. At first, the booster kit didn’t seem to fix it, so I got in touch with the Signal Hero support team. They checked everything and found out my phone was picking up a specific 5G signal that worked great outdoors but not with the booster. It actually worked fine on other phones! They swapped my unit for a different one, and now I’ve got full bars everywhere. Big thanks to David and Diana for the professional and friendly help.

I bought a mobile booster from Signal Hero for my garden office. It was good value and most importantly, it was easy to install and works well. Both before and after I placed the order, I received outstanding technical help from their signal expert George, in particular with advice on signal strength and best placement for the external aerial. I now have 4 bar mobile stength in my office and highly recommend Signal Hero. I would certainly use them again.

Bought this booster for my bunglow and I've got to say it's doung a cracking job. Used to barely scape 1 bar in the living room, now I'm sitting on 4 solid bars, quite the difference! Massive thanks to George for walking me through all the tests, helping me pinpoint the perfect spot for the outside aerial and even coming up with a way to run the cables without any drilling. brought the car booster for our company vans. Wasn't sure at first, but after a few weeks on the road, we're impressed. Drivers can stay in touch reliably now, no more dropped comms. Might kit out the fleet soon.
