The booster works great. I went from 2 bars of 4G to 4 bars of 5G as soon as it was turned on. The installation was great, the tech that did the job was knowledgeable.
Would give 5 stars except for the power cord assembly attachment into the power supply. Barely, connects- and seems to have some dimensional challenges in between the cord and the power supply. Cord on Pin connector OD is a bit large for the ID allowance on the power supply. It connects; but is most easily dislodged by any nearby cord movement etc. Overall- the unit performs as advertised and we can now use our mobile phones from home office without fear of garbling and or disconnect. Did not work with its external antenna, so we needed to buy a new stronger antenna. I was told it was a standard booster that is why it was weak for my area
We live in a house with high ceilings and a metal roof, therefore, mobile coverage is understandably low. We have tried many signal boosters, and all of them have always struggled. This one though works perfect and is nothing like the previous editions.
